Great location good food

Lots of deck chairs with a lake view. Good pizza. But only in good weather. Fortunately, music is quiet. Not next door. Wonderful during the week.

When I wanted to pay, the waiter told me I can only pay with a German debit or credit card and then blames me for not knowing. She says: 'You must ask me if you can pay with your card when you order.' Then gets all angry that I have to pay my €8 worth of cola. Rrrrrright. Never again. Overpriced, below par anyway.

Even the pizza from lidel tastes better than the pizza from Seebar Restoran, the cola is too expensive but tastes cheap and the waiting time is too long. The glasses were dirty.

Here you can sit really well and let your thoughts run free with a drink. Nice view of the lake. Unfortunately, toilets weren't exactly a figurehead for you. Too bad.

Actually great location, staff but unfriendly, slow and insulting underground. Dirty, not cleared, menu cards dirty and tattered. The prices are juicy, which is why you would expect top service. I will NEVER come back here

Must be at least one star to write a review, but doesn't even deserve that. Slow, unfriendly staff, had to wait an hour for our obvious frozen food, which was then also faulty - pizza parma without ham is almost a cheek. Masks are worn incorrectly, if at all, and are therefore completely pointless. The icing on the cake was that the waitresses asked for tips at the end. Overall, 10/10 for the worst restaurant experience ever.

Very nice location, but this café is just frustrating... Waited 40mins for someone to come (was not busy at all) waited another 20minutes for them to ask again what I ordered. Prices are fine (500ml beer 4euro). Would recommend but only if you plan an extra hour of waiting...

Never!!!!ever!!!

Rude servants. Could not pay with card with was very annoying and had to go to and get some. The pizzas were boring and there was not enough cheese and tasted like a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Would not really recommend

After a long wait, we placed our order. After an hour we got the drinks and a message that the pizza was sold out. Impossible behavior The staff responded disrespectfully and not competently and did not offer us a solution. After we got our drinks after 1 hour of waiting, we paid immediately and left. One star only stays for the great lake view!

All the waitresses had masks under their noses, a young lady even under their mouths, absolutely impossible! Apparently nobody dared to say anything, really wonder what the regulatory office is doing? Sleep? No wonder the carelessness keeps getting bigger.

The excellent location of the restaurant is completely crossed out by the service. Such unfriendly staff is very rare. Eternal waiting time, first menu, then food. And pizza like pizza, nothing special.

Unfortunately, everything can only be rated badly, the service - a disaster, the toilets - not accessible, the food - okay, but for the price there was better! Never again! A pure tourist trap!

Nice service, good waterfront location, pizza and pasta were much better than expected as it is more bar than restaurant. Really recommendable !!!

Service friendly, nice location, otherwise mediocre - I can't complain about unfriendly service like other users, nothing was wrong with me; It was almost full operation in good weather. The pizza ordered, however, is only mediocre and tends to be too expensive. You actually have the feeling of sitting in a tourist restaurant. The beer / drink price is fair for the location. If you are already here, there is no objection, but you can eat cheaper and better.

There are two stars for the location: direct view of the lake and, if you're lucky, even from a deck chair. Another highlight is the service: the waitress responsible for the place runs past the place several times without wondering that there are still no drinks. It's annoying, but it can happen. However, it is absolutely incomprehensible why the three of you are not entitled to 2 small individual tables. In other words: Why, even though there is already food on the table, the table is simply carried away with an incomprehensible grumble under your nose. The table was then placed one by one on the lawn and remained there unused until it left the "restaurant". When asked why the table was removed, we only got the answer that several large groups are coming. And that's why the additional single table, aha. In addition, you have to say that there were still enough empty tables available. So it remains an unsolved, mysterious case on Lake Starnberg.

Lots of waitresses, who are very disorganized. The first thing that catches your eye is their appearance and behavior. Is that the rule the boss dictates? That waitresses have to look and act like they work in a brothel !? I guess the rule is to show as much skin as possible to attract customers. In addition to a beautiful view of the lake, you also have a beautiful view of the waitress's cleavage. We ordered drinks and cakes, and yet we waited 20 minutes for everything to be brought to us. Guests arriving after us were served before us. The overall impression you leave on guests is not commendable. And judging by the reviews of others, nothing unusual.

Unfortunately no interest in minimum distance and disinfection. Menus, cruet stands and ashtrays are simply passed on to the next guests without cleaning them up. No disinfectant in the toilets either. We didn't have to fill out a slip of paper either. Strangely, you Starnberger have an "exception permit" ???

Food ok, but cleanliness fails on all levels. For the fact that everyone should adhere to certain conditions, you will not find out anything here! Tables, dishes are dirty and there is no need to talk about the toilets. Everyone is overwhelmed !!!

Super rude staff. Totally unmotivated. If you don't enjoy it, you should just look for another job. Not recommendable.

The children got an ice cream in the waffle bag and we adults headed for the plenty of free tables to actually have a coffee. Without first greeting or asking, the waitress ran wild and said that this is not part of the ice cream stand. In one tone, I was even speechless. Impossible to deal with guests like this. Can only warn of the unfriendly staff.

Can't believe I paid 3,9€ for a watery Cappuccino. The machine at the bar was "automatic" and we had to bring the coffees to our place... such a trap for tourists.

Terrible all the way around - minus the view. Yup, the staff was rude and unattentive, they only had a small portion of what was listed on the menu (non-seasonal) and the bathrooms were some of the worst I've seen in Germany. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give negative stars I would. -⭐ Perhaps the management needs replacement or just bulldoze the entire place.

The waiter was very bad. Didn't spend enough attention and no knowledge at all. Our table was dirty and he didn't clean it out of his own motivation. The food is just medium. The views are great though.

Crowded, slow waiters, after finally got to order: didn't get what I ordered for drinks, and stil waiting since 45 minutes for a Pizza Margherita... The view is nice. Update: we left it after an hour and ate a sandwich at a nearby coffee fellows.

The view is amazing. Hats off on that. The pizza is the worst kind you will ever have. If you are a pizza lover, you will hate this restaurant for calling some baked thing with some cheese as pizza!!! The waitress was really stupid as the pizza was burnt and I asked for a replacement and she told it will take 20 minutes and I got the pizza after 50mins!!! And if you ordered something, you cannot cancel it you have to wait till you get it. They provide blankets which is nice, because if you came in the afternoon you will feel cold as the food will arrive by night. It’s better if you could bring a pillow with you so you can sleep for a while and wake up at night when the food arrives. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. This is the worst restaurant you can have in a tourist place. And the worst you can find in Munich. So to all my fellow tourists STAY AWAY!!!!

Cold pizza seems like from the refrigerator... Never again... The guy didn't even have the coutrsey to say sorry... don't eat here..

Great location, good coffee & drinks.

Like the previous reviewer (Manuel Kraus) mentioned, some of the staff here are very rude, they always answer back at you, and one even bossed me around. The pasta dish that I had was very disappointing and expensive, more like takeaway quality. The coffee isn't very good either. Avoid this place.
